The Celtics came back from a 27 point deficit to defeat the Magic on Thursday night despite the absence of Ray Allen and Rajon Rondo, proving that they have some potential. Pierce scored 19 of his 24 pts in the second half, leading Boston over Orlando for the second time in less than a week. When Paul Pierce starts taking over games I get a warm fuzzy green feeling in my belly. I know this year started off pretty slow but I have faith in the Celtics for the long haul that is the NBA playoffs. You know they’re going to rally and at least get into the postseason as like a 6 seed (at least) and then the veterans will start to work their magic (pun intended) against younger teams. They might not win a Championship, but this Celtics team will be a part of the NBA playoffs and we should give them a little bit more respect because they could actually prove the critics wrong. You never know…
